| Description | : Marakbody mission station, was established as a sub station
of Wasa by late Fr. Dharmanand CMI. It was erected as a mission
station in 1996 and Fr. Thomas Chirayil MST was appointed as the
first resident priest-in-charge. Congregation of Fervent Daughters
of the Sacred Heart of Jesus (FDSHJ) is helping this station
since1996.In the year 2012 diocese purchased some land near to
the main road and under the guidance of Fr. Ajsh a new school,
presbytery & Boys' Boarding are being built. A new Church was
blessed on 10 April 2016 |
